Walking Luangwa
South Luangwa is home to one of the greatest collections of wildlife in the world and is one of Africa's last hidden jewels. Walking safaris were pioneered here and these are, rightly, considered one of the ultimate wildlife experiences. It is the only place where one is able to see Thornicroft's giraffe and Cookson's wildebeest; and is reportedly one of the best places in Africa to see leopard.
